Job summary

• 4 years of experience leading maintenance teams in distribution center or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and facilities techs; mentor; conduct evaluations; partner with HR on employee development.
• Establish PM scopes and schedules to enhance equipment uptime.
• Ensure timely completion of all facilities and equipment service requests.
• Support continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.
• Communicate status updates with project teams/requestors.
• Develop and maintain JSA; ensure safety compliance.
