Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-volume retail distribution center. You will direct the maintenance team, manage facilities, and oversee automated systems like conveyors and sorters to keep operations safe and efficient.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of leadership in maintenance, plus experience with automated equipment and distribution centers. This role is on-site with standard retail hours and a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field preferred
• One to three years of leadership experience in facility or equipment maintenance
• Experience in apparel or retail distribution center preferred
• Experience with automated equipment, conveyors, sorters, or similar material-handling systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations by administering programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure training and resources are provided for safe, effective performance
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance staff and evaluate performance
• Use CMMS to manage preventive maintenance and schedule work orders
• Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs minimize equipment downtime
• Check facility systems and implement improvements as needed
• Coordinate and complete facility inspections and maintenance activities
