Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a climate-controlled plant. This full-time role offers benefits, 401K with company match, paid holidays and PTO, and company-paid uniforms.

You will oversee maintenance operations, schedule preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, work with other departments to ensure uptime, monitor safety and quality standards, and mentor staff to meet company goals of

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have an associate degree or technical certificate in a related field and two to four years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with plant maintenance scheduling, budgeting, and cost control is a plus.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees plant maintenance and directs activities within the maintenance department.
• Prepares and coordinates maintenance schedules.
• Analyzes downtime to identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Manages spare parts inventory and ordering.
• Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Supports other departments to ensure teamwork and efficiency.
• Quotes and prepares cost estimates for maintenance projects.
• Monitors budgets and approves department expenses.
