Job summary

HIROTEC Manufacturing America, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of supervisor experience in automotive manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include supporting production staff to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety goals; monitoring equipment and poka yokes; and leading training and performance evaluation of staff.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and two years supervisor experience in automotive/manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience is preferred and strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent written and oral communication necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support production staff to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety goals.
• Monitor equipment and ensure poka yokes function correctly; report issues immediately.
• Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate production staff performance.
