Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certificate in a related field.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing/production.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees plant maintenance and directs activities within the maintenance department.
• Prepares and coordinates maintenance schedules.
• Analyzes downtime to identify root causes and implements countermeasures.
• Administers systems for equipment care and preventive maintenance.
