Job summary

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or technical certificate and 2–4 years in automotive maintenance, with a proven ability to drive preventive maintenance and lean improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certificate in a related field.
• Two to four years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing/production environment, or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant maintenance and directives from management.
• Direct activities within the maintenance department and manage schedules.
• Analyze downtime and root causes to implement corrective actions.
• Administer preventive maintenance processes and ensure safety compliance.
