Job summary

Daily’s Premium Meats in Missouri seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a hands-on maintenance team, guiding technicians, coordinating with MRO, and improving reliability of plant assets and processes.

You will diagnose and repair equipment, mentor staff, work with CMMS, apply 5S and root cause analysis, and uphold safety policies while supporting production objectives.

This role requires shift coverage and a collaborative mindset to keep lines running and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in industrial maintenance; supervisory experience required.
• GMP and food manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read manuals, drawings, schematics to perform maintenance.
• Provide emergency repairs to keep lines running; assist ammonia system repairs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and replace failed components.
• Diagnose problems and coach RCA with team.
• Coach team skills and ensure training completion.
• Work with CMMS and planner to schedule work orders.
• Dismantle/install parts using blueprints and tools.
• Collaborate with production and maintain safe radio etiquette.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems 480V and below.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
