Job summary

Daily’s Premium Meats LLC in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who leads a team of maintenance technicians, drives reliability, and works with the Maintenance Manager on asset care across plant systems. The role is hands-on, involving reading manuals, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices. You will schedule and supervise repairs, coach RCA, and ensure safety and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in an industrial maintenance capacity.
• One (1) or more years in supervisory roles.
• Food or Medical plant experience preferred; GMP knowledge.
• Mandatory ability to read, write, and comprehend English; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Provide emergency repairs on production equipment to keep lines operational; assist with ammonia system repairs.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and component replacements on production equipment.
• Diagnose problems, repair or replace parts; coach RCA with the team.
