CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent for the Cazenovia Village Apartments in Cazenovia, NY to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

You will lead a maintenance team, perform hands-on repairs, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors while upholding safety protocols. The role requires at least three years of full-time maintenance experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of full-time maintenance experience.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and household appliances.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and pursue professional development.

Responsibilities

Superintendent - Responsibilities

The Superintendent supports the Maintenance Development Lead by overseeing the Maintenance Team and ensuring the property is maintained to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for preserving the overall physical condition and operational integrity of the property.

Superintendent - Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time maintenance experience
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and household appliances

• Strong communication skills with confidence, positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
