Job summary

Hallmark Marketing Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Supply Chain at the Lawrence plant to lead up to 55 technicians on a third shift (Sun 11:30PM–7:30AM; last shift Thu night into Fri). Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, with a focus on preventive maintenance and collaboration with production and facilities teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of supervising direct reports; or an Associate’s degree or higher.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in supply chain, engineering, or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 55 maintenance staff to meet productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets.
• Develop and sustain preventive maintenance programs; manage work orders and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and foster safety culture.
• Conduct regular safety/facility inspections and mitigate risks to people and equipment.
• Coach and develop maintenance team members with technical guidance and training.
• Coordinate with production and facilities teams to minimize disruptions and schedule non-production maintenance.
• Maintain equipment history and maintenance records; leverage eMaint CMMS for continuous improvement.
