You will lead up to 55 maintenance technicians, directing scheduling and work assignments to maximize uptime, reliability, and cost targets while aligning with production needs.

The Maintenance Supervisor role will be filled at the Lawrence Manufacturing plant working a third shift operation, beginning Sunday night 11:30PM working until 7:30AM with your last shift of the week being Thursday night into Friday morning. Occasional weekend work may be required for those on a M-F weekly shift, depending on business need.
