Mondelēz International in Naperville is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a mechanics and electricians team, drive TPM and PM execution, and manage budgeting, scheduling, and KPI reporting.
You will use SAP CMMS to plan, track, and improve maintenance activities, ensure safety and quality, coordinate with engineers, and support outages while preventing breakdowns.

The Maintenance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in this goal through the technical development of maintenance team and leading People, Budgeting, Scheduling, while overseeing the preventive and corrective maintenance execution, productivity projects and continuous improvement. This role will have a strong focus on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) through Progressive Maintenance (PM) driving continuous improvement in all maintenance categories such as: breakdowns eradication, planned corrective maintenance, inspections and repairs, Time/Cycle Based Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance. To define success, we will use key metrics for our priorities Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale, including but not limited to Safety and Quality Incidents Eradication, Volume Attainment, Productivity, Global Efficiency, MTBF, MTBB and MTTR, and Engagement.

The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
