Job summary
Mondelēz International in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a maintenance leader to drive planned maintenance and process improvements on packaging lines. You will lead planning, development, and execution of maintenance programs, mentor technicians, and collaborate with reliability teams to reduce costs while maintaining safety and quality.
The role requires strong SAP background, IL6S understanding, and at least 2 years in manufacturing maintenance planning.
Qualifications

- Understanding of IL6S 10+5 practices.
- Minimum 2 years in Manufacturing Maintenance Planning.
- Maintain accurate equipment specifications, BOMs, and parts lists.
- Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance activities daily.
Responsibilities
- Partner & enable line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and sustain process stability.
- Own technology, process, and centerline settings; manage PM systems and KPIs; budget ownership.
- Develop and execute line maintenance plans; build technician skills to self-maintain.
- Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams; manage change, spares localization and cost reduction.
- Assist in VSU initiatives and benchmark activities; act as PM subject matter expert.

As expert you will bring a deeptechnical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you tolead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned MaintenanceElements ina Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment. Youwill manage this through teams consisting ofvarious technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.
You will:
Partner & Enable the line leader(s) todeliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost,Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participates inthe DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and processand have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressivemaintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance KeyPerformance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; ownsthe R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the line
Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systemsand plans and build capability of the teamto execute themselves; Build (spends at least50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, sothat they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PMPillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them atthe department level
Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution ofspecial maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s,localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for theline/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional andglobal technology forums
Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader ininternal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on oneof the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant

The capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for theline, deploying and managing IDP for the members, coaching team members on theirperformance management and career development
Strong background in SAP Systems

The base salary range for this position is $77,600 to $106,700; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
