Role Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor, your day involves juggling multiple responsibilities. You are a cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused, hardworking, and mentor-like leader who values quality, service excellence, and team coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the service team, serving as a positive role model.
  • Support the Property Manager in maintaining community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Enforce all safety measures.
  • Coach, mentor, and set personal goals for your staff.
  • Plan daily activities efficiently, monitoring quality and productivity.
  • Familiarity with property budgets and long-term planning.
  • Maintain shop, equipment, supplies, inventory, and security of keys.
  • Inspect property routes and models to ensure they are well-maintained and presentable.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience managing maintenance for a community.
  • Successfully led a team for at least 1 year.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficient in English communication and computer applications.
