What Your Day Might Look Like

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be a cheerful, performance-driven, resident-focused mentor who goes the extra mile. Your passion for quality and service excellence will shine through in your team coaching and daily responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the service team, serving as a positive role model
  • Assist the Property Manager in maintaining community and corporate standards
  • Enforce safety measures
  • Coach, mentor, and set personal goals for your staff
  • Schedule daily activities, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Understand property budgets and long-term planning
  • Maintain shop and equipment, manage supplies and inventory, and secure keys
  • Inspect property routes and models to ensure they look their best
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience managing maintenance in a community setting
  • Successfully led a team for at least 1 year
  • Adaptability to new technologies
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, understanding)
  • Computer skills and related applications
  • A good sense of humor!
