What Your Day Might Look Like

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the service team, serving as a positive role model
  • Support the Property Manager in maintaining community and corporate standards
  • Enforce safety protocols diligently
  • Coach, mentor, and set personal goals for staff
  • Plan daily activities for efficiency and quality
  • Understand property budgets and contribute to long-range planning
  • Maintain shop, equipment, supplies, and inventory control, ensuring security
  • Inspect and ensure models and tour routes are in top condition
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience managing maintenance in a community setting
  • Proven leadership experience of at least 1 year
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, understanding)
  • Computer skills and familiarity with related applications
  • A good sense of humor and a positive attitude
