Rosina Food Products, Inc. is a leading food manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of production machinery and support equipment at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all production and support equipment operates efficiently.
2. Diagnose mechanical and operational issues, implementing corrective actions.
3. Support production, quality, safety, and service initiatives.
4. Assist in evaluating new and replacement equipment.
5. Oversee parts inventory and recommend procurement changes.
6. Manage and improve the preventative maintenance program.
7. Develop staffing plans and coordinate hiring with HR.
8. Promote and enforce workplace safety initiatives.
9. Conduct performance assessments and recommend training or development programs.
10. Maintain clear communication with team members and leadership.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
12. Be available for off-shift work, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in a maintenance-related field required.
• 5-7 years of maintenance management experience in food manufacturing (frozen food experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices and OSHA standards.
• Experience with ammonia systems and Process Safety Management.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical documents.
• Hands-on supervision in a fast-paced production environment.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
