Job summary

Lighthouse-Property-Management in Nashville, TN is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance of a 260-unit community. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and reliable operations while supporting the Property Manager with budgets and performance goals.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, oversee unit turns, supervise contractors, and handle after-hours on-call on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience with supervision of techs.
• HVAC certification and CPO certification.
• Ability to lead a team and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for the community.
• Keep property safe, clean, and running smoothly.
• Support the Property Manager with budgets and performance goals.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure vacant units are rent ready on schedule.
• Identify hazards and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
• Supervise outside contractors and evaluate vendor performance.
• Two man team. Handle after hour service calls every other week.
