Atrium Management Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Antioch, TN. You will lead the on-site maintenance team at a 260-unit community, perform hands-on repairs, and manage requests to ensure timely, budget-conscious operations.

The role requires EPA HVAC certification, 5+ years in apartment maintenance with 2+ years in supervision, and strong vendor and inventory management. On-call duties are included.

• Oversee maintenance requests and assist technicians in a hands-on role.
• Supervise, train, and lead a maintenance team of 2+ technicians.
• Inspect community regularly and fix deficiencies.
• Maintain secure key control and scheduling of tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and daily repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Coordinate with Property Manager to minimize disruption to operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and Fair Housing.
