Lighthouse-Property-Management in Nashville, TN is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day maintenance across a 260‑unit community. You will keep the property safe, clean, and running smoothly while supporting the Property Manager with budgets and performance goals.

The role requires HVAC and CPO certifications, experience supervising maintenance techs, and a hands‑on approach to repairs, vendor oversight, and occasional after‑hours on‑call duties.

Competenze

• Apartment maintenance experience with supervision of maintenance techs.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Ability to lead a team, enforce safety/quality standards, and manage on-site operations.

Mansioni

• Maintain the physical condition of the property in line with company standards and safety requirements.
• Organize, prioritize, and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, pools and pool equipment, plumbing, electrical components, lighting, boilers, heaters, pumps, motors, roofs, appliances, drywall, painting, carpentry, locks, and general building systems.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure vacant units are rent ready on schedule.
• Identify hazards and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
• Supervise outside contractors and evaluate vendor performance.
• Two man team. You will be required to handle after hour service calls every other week.
