Job summary

Markent Personnel in Denison, Iowa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse, ensuring uptime and peak production. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinate with Production, and drive KPI reporting to engineering leadership.

A strong focus on safety, compliance, and equipment reliability is essential. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2+ years of supervision

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience leading maintenance teams and training staff.
Ability to troubleshoot high-level process issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance and repairs.
Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.
Supervise and improve maintenance systems, processes and documentation.
