Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Denison, IA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 1st & 2nd shifts. You will lead maintenance teams across plant, utilities, and powerhouse, overseeing installation, repair, and preventive maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem-solving, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and providing training or mentoring.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• May be required to work long hours and weekends.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, and machine repairs.
• Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.
• Supervise and support maintenance systems, processes, and documentation to ensure high performance.
• Ensure maintenance is scheduled timely and in collaboration with Production to address equipment and facility repairs.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance systems (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOPs, Safety, etc.).
• Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting, problem analysis, and equipment failures.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for maintenance performance and reporting to management.
• Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations and maintain records of work and inventory.
• Drive a positive employee experience through leadership, development and coaching.
