Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians on predictive and preventative maintenance.
• Train employees on work methods and safety.
• Supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Production for timely maintenance scheduling.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems (PM/PPM, TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Provide troubleshooting support for equipment failures.
• Develop KPIs and report status to management.
• Ensure maintenance records comply with USDA regulations.
