Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for our affordable housing portfolio in Camden, NJ. The role focuses on leading a maintenance team, ensuring safety, resident satisfaction, and timely repairs across communities.

You will oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and make-ready units, while coordinating with management on budgets and inspections. A strong HVAC background, 5+ years in residential maintenance, and a high school diploma or GED are required.

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.

Maintenance Supervisor – Affordable Housing | Camden, NJ

Salary: $35.00 - $36.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor

You’re organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work. You bring:

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on‑call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Sign-on bonus of $1,500 is specific to this position and paid in three equal installments at 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months of employment. Requirements

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.
