Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise a maintenance team at our Juneau, WI facility (24/7 operation). The plant produces spray dried yeast for the food and BioNutrient industries.

You will lead maintenance technicians and electricians, plan daily maintenance, oversee projects, manage inventory and budget, and drive reliability through preventative maintenance and SOPs while collaborating with other departments to uphold food quality and employee

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance management/supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance, operations, or engineering experience. Ability to complete root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and electricians to complete maintenance work effectively and efficiently in the facility.
• Plan and schedule daily maintenance work (PMs, work orders, etc.).
• Oversee contractors/projects in conjunction with engineering team.
• Oversee and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget to ensure the right materials are available when needed and spending falls within budget.
• Drive improvements in equipment reliability through strong preventative maintenance practices, SOPs, and training of maintenance technicians/operators.
• Collaborate with other departments to create a culture that aligns with our food quality and employee safety standards.

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise and direct maintenance technicians in our Juneau facility (24/7 operation). The facility produces spray dried yeast used in the food and BioNutrient industries.

What you’ll do

• Lead, schedule, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and electricians to complete maintenance work effectively and efficiently in the facility.
• Plan and schedule daily maintenance work (PMs, work orders, etc.).

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of relevant maintenance management/supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance, operations, or engineering experience. Ability to complete root cause analysis.
• Strong experience with troubleshooting, automation, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, hard wire and ladder logic controls.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, communication, strategic thinking, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience using computer systems/maintenance software.
• Experience dealing with pumps, heat exchangers, boilers, ammonia, HVAC, or drying systems preferred.
