White Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage the operation and maintenance of a premium-brand hotel in Westminster, CO. You will support engineering leaders to uphold White Lodging standards and guest expectations, while training hourly maintenance staff to ensure safe, efficient facilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, blueprint reading, and strong communication with teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management is required.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer specifications preferred.

What You’ll Do

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.
