Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage hotel operations and maintenance at our Austin properties. You will collaborate with Engineering leaders to meet brand and guest standards and ensure reliable, safe building operations.

Ideal candidates bring experience in hospitality engineering or facilities management, plus the ability to read blueprints and manuals. EPA Universal Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality engineering or facilities management.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.
