Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician in Valdosta, GA. You will own your role at the property, delivering outstanding customer service to residents and completing service requests promptly.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, pool and exterior tasks, inspections, and inventory care for tools and supplies. Valid driver’s license and a proactive, professional attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or related work.
• Supervisory interest or experience is a plus.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
