Job summary

Pegasus Residential seeks a maintenance professional at our Raleigh properties to own and execute resident services with a customer-first mindset. A licensed plumber or active plumbing license is required, with on-call availability and a proactive approach to upkeep.

You will lead or support a small maintenance team, perform preventative maintenance including pool, lighting, and appliance care, and ensure work areas, tools, and inventories are kept in pristine condition.

Qualifications

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Care for and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Certified Plumbing contractor or active plumbing license
• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory roleExperience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
