Job summary

Conifer Realty in Farmington, NY seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and oversee repairs in affordable housing communities. You’ll supervise operations to ensure quality, safety, and resident satisfaction, while staying hands-on with maintenance tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, 5+ years of residential maintenance and strong leadership, plus budget and vendor management experience. Monday–Friday, 40hrs, on-call rotation, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance with supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
