Conifer Realty LLC is seeking a Traveling Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across affordable housing communities in Rochester, NY. You will lead a hands-on team, manage repairs, and ensure resident safety and comfort while coordinating schedules and safety compliance.

The role requires HVAC certification, strong residential maintenance experience, and the ability to respond quickly for on‑call emergencies. Travel to sites is a core part of the job.

Traveling Maintenance Supervisor – Affordable Housing | Rochester, NY

Salary: $26.00 - $28.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs

On-Call rotation & Traveling to sites that needs support

What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor

You’re organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work. You bring:

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on‑call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
