Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a maintenance leader to guide the maintenance team, drive safety, reliability, and operational excellence across our heavy industrial facilities in the United States. You will plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals in a heavy industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mobile equipment maintenance practices.
• Proven capability to drive equipment reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Effective planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to moving equipment, noise, dust, and varying weather conditions.

Requires frequent walking, climbing, standing, and engagement with production and maintenance teams throughout the facility.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided in accordance with company standards.

Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
