Position Duties
Work with OEMs for equipment documentation and set up plant storage for documentation to interface with Maximo and EzMaxMobile.
Work with plant maintenance teams to properly set up Maximo with new assets.
Work with OEMs and plant maintenance to identify and properly upload PMs, visual job plans, etc.
Create and maintain launch MOS status documentation and scorecard for program. Work with plant, OEMs and PTME to meet MOS timing and deliverables. Oversee spare part scrub meetings, verify 1295s, attachment to assets, critical spares, etc.
Develop "Launch MOS Readiness Assessment" by line, station, etc.
Daily supervision and coordination of all hourly employees.
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and productivity.
Work with plant trades to assure all tasks are properly documented (VJPs).
Lead role in resolving machining related concerns, increase machine availability and MTTR.
Identify throughput constraints and drive root cause improvements.
