Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an in-person role in Vermont. This is a 1st shift position, Monday through Friday, with pay between $25 and $35 per hour, and weekly payroll.

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret PLC ladder logic on CNC equipment.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing systems.
• Commitment to safety protocols and willingness to learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance personnel to ensure facility upkeep and compliance.
• Conduct monthly and daily inspections of safety equipment, hazardous waste areas, and critical systems.
• Manage maintenance contracts, obtain quotes, and select suppliers for facility needs.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on equipment, including compressors and CNC machinery.
• Initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
