Responsibilities

A manufacturer specializing in precision machined components and subassemblies for the aerospace, manufacturing, and defense sectors. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Maintenance Supervisor:

• Supervise and train general maintenance personnel to ensure facility upkeep and compliance
• Conduct monthly and daily inspections of safety equipment, hazardous waste areas, and critical systems
• Manage maintenance contracts, obtain quotes, and select suppliers for facility needs
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on equipment, including compressors and CNC machinery
• Initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and maintain a safe, clean working environment

Your skills and experience:

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to interpret PLC ladder logic and diagnostic functions on CNC equipment
