• Proven ability to supervise maintenance staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train maintenance personnel for facility upkeep and compliance
• Conduct daily and monthly inspections of safety and critical systems
• Manage maintenance contracts, quotes, and vendor selection
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance on equipment including CNC machinery and compressors
• Initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe work environment
