Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment/multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required.
• EPA Certification required.

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general property maintenance.
• Ability to lead a team and effectively prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent resident service.
