You will oversee daily maintenance, manage service requests, and mentor a maintenance team while ensuring safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. The role requires strong HVAC skills, EPA Type II/Universal certification, and hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong HVAC skills required.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to lead a team and manage vendors.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and resident service skills.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
