Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to manage on-site operations at our Savannah property. You will deliver exceptional resident service, oversee service requests, and help maintain pools, grounds, and appliances to the highest standards.

In this role you will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, and appliance inspections.
• Care for and inventory all supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks for pool and exterior lighting.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Support supervisory duties as needed.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
