Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a dedicated team member to support property operations and deliver excellent resident service at our Virginia Beach community. You will handle service requests and contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained property.

Must-have a valid driver’s license; EPA or CPO certifications are a plus. We offer strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture that values team players and energetic, self-starting individuals.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and provide residents with exceptional customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Learn skills such as pool maintenance and grounds upkeep as needed.
