Job summary

Pegasus Residential LLC is seeking a property maintenance supervisor-style role at a Savannah, GA property. You will own the role, providing exceptional resident service and coordinating property service requests with a view to moving into supervisory responsibilities.

You will assist with pool, grounds, and appliance maintenance, maintain a positive, professional attitude, and respond quickly to resident needs. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Supervise maintenance tasks and staff as needed.
• Experience with pool, grounds, and appliance maintenance is a plus.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and deliver outstanding resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Mentor or supervise team members when applicable.
• Assist in preventative maintenance including pool and exterior systems.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
