Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a property maintenance-focused professional in Savannah, GA to service residents and manage routine property tasks. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service and upholding a safe, well-maintained property.

The position offers on-site work with competitive pay of $34/hour, plus benefits and opportunities to lead maintenance activities and advance within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and resident-facing skills.
• Willingness to supervise or lead maintenance staff when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own the role at the property and deliver exceptional resident service.
• Complete resident and property service requests in a timely manner.
• Support or transition into supervisory responsibilities.
• Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and inventory supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities And Job Requirements

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience with skills such as:
• HVAC, painting, plumbing,
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
