Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Service Technician to own property service requests and deliver exceptional resident service at our community. You will perform repairs and maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, and related tasks.

EPA or CPO certification is a plus; a valid driver’s license is required. We offer 15 PTO days, 11 paid holidays, 100% medical for employee, 401(k) with company match, and a culture that promotes growth and teamwork.
