About the Maintenance Supervisor role at The Falls at Hunter Pointe:
We seek a talented maintenance supervisor responsible for daily maintenance operations, physical upkeep, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This includes managing the maintenance team, overseeing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and managing budgets.
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks and service requests.
- Track and resolve chronic maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues, maintaining professionalism.
- Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds, and more.
- Conduct general carpentry and preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensure work order accuracy and timely completion.
- Inspect grounds and amenities regularly for safety and cleanliness.
- Manage property emergencies and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team and management.
- Promote safety and risk management.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency responses.
- Maintain high standards of curb appeal and customer service.
- Build positive relationships with residents and partners.
- Conduct apartment inspections and oversee unit turns.
- Mentor maintenance team members.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Manage vendor relations and monitor expenses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
- General maintenance and carpentry skills.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto insurance.
- Proficiency in English and basic office equipment.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Commitment to safety and confidentiality.
- Complete required training within first 30 days.
