Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and protect the property’s integrity. You will oversee inspections, coordinate make-ready tasks, and ensure timely completion of service requests with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. HVAC certification is a plus, and the role requires weekend availability and basic MS

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid Driver's license
• EPA HVAC certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to work weekends
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
