Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for The Harrison in Dallas, TX. Lead and develop the maintenance team, perform inspections, manage work orders, and ensure all safety policies are followed to maintain the property at the highest standards.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a flexible schedule; benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401k, life and disability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $35 per hour

Overview

The Harrison is looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC certification is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
