Job summary

RAM Partners LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and uphold property integrity. You will inspect properties, address maintenance needs, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining professional interactions with residents, staff, and vendors. The role requires a valid driver's license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
