RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and ensure property standards. The role focuses on inspections, work-order management, and coordinating make-ready processes while upholding safety and customer service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma, valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. EPA HVAC certification is preferred. The company offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to document and report clearly.
• Basic computer knowledge including Word and Excel; willingness to learn new software.

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required

• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
