Magnet HR SPP is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee daily maintenance operations, and ensure properties meet high standards. The Maintenance Supervisor is a key member of our maintenance team and plays a crucial role in overseeing maintenance operations, conducting repairs, and ensuring properties are well-maintained. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining properties to the highest standards.

Previous experience in maintenance, property management, or a related field preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks. HVAC and EPO Preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
