You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure safe, compliant operations to minimize downtime and maximize plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment (2+ years).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and LOTO protocols.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals; hands-on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, assign, and audit daily maintenance tasks.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Oversee plant infrastructure systems (dust collection, compressed air, electrical).
• Enforce OSHA regulations and LOTO procedures.
• Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and direct repairs.
• Support SOPs and PM documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to optimize machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility maintenance team in Riverside, CA for our second shift . In this role, you will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, maintain facility infrastructure, and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols . The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, hands‑on leadership skills, and a commitment to minimizing downtime while maximizing plant efficiency .

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, assign, and audit daily tasks for the maintenance team to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards .

Schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility infrastructure .

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .

Oversee plant infrastructure systems, including dust collection, compressed air, and electrical distribution .

Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) .

Manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment availability and minimize production downtime .

Respond rapidly to emergency equipment breakdowns and direct repair efforts .

Support and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) documentation .

Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to optimize machinery performance .

Perform other duties as assigned by management .

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment .

Leadership: Proven leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills .

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, ability to read schematics and technical manuals, and hands‑on troubleshooting experience .

Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and strict adherence to LOTO protocols .

Infrastructure: Experience maintaining facility infrastructure systems and managing equipment upgrades .

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and varying shifts as needed to support business operations .

Education: Technical certification or related degree preferred .

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and squat for more than 90% of shift; sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for more than 50% of shift; lift/move up to 50 pounds with assistance .

Work Environment: Fast-paced production facility with exposure to high noise levels and industrial machinery .
